How do I install Lap-time?

In order to use Lap-time anywhere in the world, you only need the following:
- Any computer/laptop you can use in your vehicle
- Centrafuse 2.0 or greater.
- Any NMEA compliant GPS Reciever which you can connect to your computer/laptop

Lap-time can work in conjunction with other GPS sofware by using a COM Port replicator such as X-Port.

Installation is easy and touchscreen friendly.

Step 1: Download the latest version of Lap-time from the downloads page to the computer which has Centrafuse installed.
Step 2: Run the downloaded installer and follow the installer instructions.
Step 3: Run Centrafuse and ensure the install was successful by entering the 'SETUP' screen and browsing for 'LAP-TIME'.
Step 4: While in the SETUP screen, go to BUTTON LAYOUT and select a button to use for LAP-TIME (note: in future releases this will optionally be performed for you during the installation process)

And that's it! Lap-time is installed and ready for you to start configuration so you can get racing.
